In accordance with § 11-74.4-4.2 of the TIF Act, the city hereby adopts the registration rules attached as an exhibit to Ord. 3318 as registration rules for each such interested party registry. The city, with the written approval of counsel as to form and legality, shall have the authority to amend or supplement such registration rules from time to time as may be necessary or desirable to comply with and carry out the purposes intended by, to comply with and not inconsistent with, the TIF Act.
