(A) There is hereby created the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency to prevent, minimize, repair, and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage, or other hostile action, or from natural or human-made disaster, in accordance with the State Emergency Services and Disaster Act of 1975, or as superseded by the Emergency Management Agency Act of 1988, ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, §§ 1 et seq.
(B) The Agency created by this section shall consist of the Coordinator and those additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator.
