§ 35.17 DISTINCT FROM REGULAR POLICE; IDENTIFICATION.
   (A)   The auxiliary police officers appointed under this subchapter shall not be members of the regular Police Department of the city.
   (B)   Identification symbols worn by the auxiliary police officers shall be different and distinct from those used by the regular Police Department. The symbols shall be selected and chosen by the Police Chief.
