7-5-5: INSPECTION FEES:

An inspection fee, as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, "Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures", for each connection or for each dwelling unit in a multi-family structure served by the connection, whichever is greater, shall be paid to the village at the time that application for a permit is made.
