If the work on site authorized by such permit is not completed within 120 days from the date of issuance, the permit shall become invalid. The Public Works Director is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than thirty (30) days each. The extension shall be requested in writing and justifiable cause demonstrated.
