7-1-7: DESIGN PLANS:

(A) The Public Works Director is authorized to determine what design plans are required to demonstrate compliance with this Chapter, the Village of Lisle Design Manual, and any other code or ordinance of the Village of Lisle.

(B) Design plans are to be prepared by an Illinois licensed design professional where required by statute.
