10-10-10: UNLAWFUL TO RELOCATE IMMOBILIZED VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful to relocate or tow any vehicle restrained by an immobilizing device without the approval of the Chief of Police or his designee. (Ord. 2022-4961, 5-16-2022)
