The notice required in subsection 10-10-2(B) shall state the name and address of the registered owner, the state registration number or vehicle identification number of the vehicle, the nature of the ordinance(s) violated and the numbers and issue dates of the outstanding complaints. The notice shall also advise that a person may request a hearing to challenge the validity of the notice of impending vehicle immobilization. The request for a hearing shall be made within ten (10) days of mailing the notice. (Ord. 2022-4961, 5-16-2022)
