(A) Adoption Of DuPage County Countywide Stormwater And Floodplain Ordinance: It is hereby adopted by the Village for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of land development and building construction in accordance with proper floodplain and stormwater controls, including permits and penalties, that certain code known as the DuPage County Stormwater and Floodplain Ordinance being particularly the May 14, 2019, edition thereof, and all subsequent amendments, and the whole thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended per section 12-1-4 of this chapter, of which one copy has been and now is filed in the Office of the Village Clerk and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length therein, and from the date on which this chapter shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the Village.
(B) Adoption of Flood Insurance Study: Adoption of the Flood Insurance Study dated August 1, 2019.
(C) Adoption Of Flood Insurance Rate Map: Adoption of the Flood Insurance Rate Map, DuPage County, Illinois, and incorporated areas, County number 17043C, map numbers 0153, 0154, 0161, 0162, 0163, 0164, 0166, and 0168, dated August 1, 2019, and all subsequent revisions.
(D) Adoption Of DuPage County Stormwater Management General Certifications: It is hereby adopted by the Village for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of land development and building construction in accordance with proper floodplain and stormwater controls, including permits and penalties, the DuPage County stormwater management general certifications effective April 23, 2013, and any and all amendments and additions thereto that may, from time to time, be adopted by the County of DuPage of which one copy has been and now is filed in the Office of the Village Clerk and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length therein, and from the date on which this chapter shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the Village.
