Any owner or occupant failing or refusing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and be subject to a fine as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, of the Lisle Village Code. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2022-4942, 1-3-2022)
