10-4-9: PENALTIES:

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 96-2776, 5-20-1996; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
