9-3-4: RESPONSIBILITY FOR REMOVAL OF EXCRETA:
The owner of every animal shall be responsible for immediate removal and sanitary disposition of any excreta deposited by his animal(s) anywhere in the Village. (Ord. 2018-4801, 12-17-2018)
