9-2-9: DISPOSITION OF ANIMALS NOT REDEEMED:
Any animal, except vicious dogs, not redeemed or in the process of being redeemed, as provided herein, within seven (7) days after notice being sent to its owner, shall be turned over to DuPage County Animal Services. (Ord. 2018-4801, 12-17-2018)
