8-4-10: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such nuisance remains unabated.
