(A) The licensee must be certified and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the DuPage County Department of Health.
(B) It shall be unlawful to permit stale foods, decaying matter, or other waste material or product to accumulate in, on, about, or around concessions while they are so used, or to fail to maintain all such concessions in a clean and sanitary condition. (Ord. 2017-4709, 3-6-2017)
