It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association to sell or offer to sell, or otherwise peddle any food, beverage, convenience item, merchandise, good or service of any kind or nature whatsoever from any cart, table, vending machine unit, vehicle, including motor and nonmotorized vehicles, or otherwise on, about, or within the property encompassing the Lisle Commuter Rail Station and surrounding commuter parking lots, which property is leased by the Village pursuant to and in accordance with that certain "Lisle, Illinois Station Contract", as amended and on file with the office of the Village Clerk, without any such person, organization, or business entity having first obtained a license provided in this chapter.
