(A) Violation Declared Nuisance: Any violation of any terms and provisions of this section 7-7-3 is hereby declared by the president and board of trustees to be a public nuisance.
(B) Fines And Penalties:
1. Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this section 7-7-3 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense, to be recovered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
2. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day that any person violates or fails to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this section 7-7-3.
3. The village attorney is hereby authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute any and all proceedings, suits and actions necessary to collect any and all fines and penalties herein provided for, and is also hereby authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute any and all suits at law or in equity as may be appropriate or necessary to prevent unlawful connections to the village water system in violation of the provisions of this section 7-7-3.
