Sanitary sewers shall be installed in compliance with the rules and regulations, specifications and standard details of the village as amended from time to time, and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the county of DuPage department of environmental concerns, state of Illinois environmental protection agency and the "Standard Specifications For Water And Sewer Main Construction In Illinois".
