(A) For each application for permit for construction of sanitary sewers, the fee shall be as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. The community development director shall make or cause to be made such inspections as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section. Such inspections shall include, but not be limited to, on site inspections by the community development director at all times during the construction, installation or testing of said sewers.
(B) The owner or developer shall reimburse the village of engineering fees and testing and inspection expenses, as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”, incurred by the village relating to the improvements covered by this section within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice for same. Further, owner shall reimburse the village of all costs of maintenance, replacement and repair (except cleaning) of sanitary sewers and related improvements, including the removal of landscaping, paving or other obstacles and returning the area to its condition prior to excavation. Connection may be refused or service discontinued if timely reimbursement is not made pursuant to this section. (Ord. 95-2684, 9-5-1995; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
