The owner of the subdivision lot or parcel of land shall provide storm water sewers of adequate size to not only drain the property in question, but shall provide storm sewers, bridges or culverts of sufficient size to adequately drain the entire drainage area draining to and through the property. There shall be no compensation to the owner by the village for the increased pipe sizes required, if any. (Ord. 95-2684, 9-5-1995)
