(A) Whenever a subdivision, lot or parcel of land is to be improved or developed, the owner shall provide storm water sewers to serve adequately the area being platted or developed and shall secure a permit from the village's community development director for the work.
(B) Before any work is commenced or a permit is obtained for said work, the owner shall submit to the village three (3) sets of plans and specifications prepared by a registered engineer for approval. When said plans are approved and before a permit is issued, the owner shall provide the village with six (6) additional sets of plans and specifications with revisions required, if any. (C) Prior to commencement of any work hereunder or issuance of any permit a letter of credit shall be posted with the village in compliance with section 5-18-6 of this code. (Ord. 2000-3200, 2-21-2000)
