7-6-2: USE OF PUBLIC SEWER REQUIRED:

Every building within the village located on property to which there is a public sewer, or which is otherwise so located as to have a public sewer conveniently available, having plumbing fixtures installed and maintained for human use, shall make connection to the public sewer system. (Ord. 95-2684, 9-5-1995)
