All permits provided for herein shall be issued by the community development director. The community development director shall inspect all connections to the public sewer lines and see that all provisions of this chapter are properly administered and enforced. Said community development director shall cause to be kept a record of measurements of all sewer connections in relation to property lines, and he shall collect all tap-on fees and inspection fees required herein and pay the same to the village finance director. Wherever the term public works director, village manager, community development director or business office manager appears, it includes his or her designee. (Ord. 95-2684, 9-5-1995)
