7-5-17: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:

The village manager and/or community development director are hereby authorized and empowered to revoke a permit issued pursuant to this chapter when it has been determined that the permittee has violated the conditions of such permit or of this chapter. (Ord. 95-2684, 9-5-1995)
