The village and its employees shall have ready access, to the extent allowed by law, to the premises, places or buildings where meters or water shutoff valves are located for the purpose of reading, examining, testing, shutting off or turning on water, and repairing the same, and examining and testing the consumption, use and flow of water. Every consumer of said water shall take the same upon the conditions prescribed in this section. (Ord. 95-2684, 9-5-1995)
