Appeals for variation from the terms of this chapter or from the regulations, interpretations or determinations of fact pursuant to this chapter made by any officer, employee, department, consultant, board or bureau of the village, may be made by the owner or applicant affected thereby in the same manner provided for under the board of zoning appeals regulations, and subsequent applicable sections of the zoning regulations of the village, being title 5 of this code, as amended from time to time.
