Adequate provisions shall be made for proper drainage of storm water and shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the storm water regulations of the village and the village standard detail sheets. The design of the drainage system within the development shall anticipate and provide capacity for other drainage from naturally tributary land. Such design shall provide adequate capacity for transmitting such drainage from the other tributary areas on the basis of the ultimate development of such other tributary areas and shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the storm sewer regulations and the standard detail sheets of the village, as from time to time amended.
