6-4-9: MINIMUM WIDTHS FOR STREETS AND ALLEY RIGHTS OF WAY AND UTILITY EASEMENTS:
The following requirements are applicable to all subdivisions within the jurisdiction of the commission:
   (A)   Major streets and highways: As designated by the thoroughfare plan, but not less than one hundred feet (100') wide in any case.
   (B)   Collector streets: As designated by the thoroughfare plan, but not less than eighty feet (80') wide in any case.
   (C)   Local streets: Sixty six feet (66') wide.
All dead end streets shall terminate in a circular turnaround having a minimum right of way diameter of one hundred twenty feet (120').
   (D)   Alleys and service drives: Twenty feet (20') wide.
   (E)   Easements for utilities: Where required, shall be at least ten feet (10') wide, or as required by the village engineer and shall be centered on the rear or side lot line. (Ord. 365, 11-3-1970; amd. 1979 Code)
