6-1-5: SUBDIVISION REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to subdivide land as defined in this title unless by plat in accordance with the regulations contained herein. No plat shall be recorded and no property shall be sold from such plat unless approved as herein required. Further, if a development is a subdivision within the meaning of subsection (E) under the definition of "subdivision" set forth in section 6-1-6 of this chapter, then the required plat of subdivision must unify or consolidate the individual lots into one unified lot or parcel, unless an alternative configuration is approved by the board of trustees pursuant to subdivision plat review.
