6-1-4: TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF REGULATIONS:

This title applies to all property located within the incorporated area of the village and up to a distance of one and one-half (11/2) miles of its corporate limits.

Should the village enter into a boundary agreement with any other municipality, then the terms and provisions of this title shall apply within such adjacent unincorporated areas as provided in any applicable boundary agreement. (Ord. 365, 11-3-1970)
