This regulations of this Chapter are intended to:
(A) Establish architectural design standards for development within the Village;
(B) Improve the overall quality of development in the Village;
(C) Ensure the compatibility of development with surrounding land uses;
(D) Provide for architectural variety;
(E) Establish quantifiable design standards;
(F) Provide greater certainty about project design expectations;
(G) Establish non-monotonous detached house design; and
(H) Guide the development review and entitlement process by clearly stating the Village’s desires for quality development. (Ord. 2021-4931, 11-15-2021)
