The 2021 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code (hereinafter Property Maintenance Code), and Appendix A, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the maintenance of existing buildings, structures and properties, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended.
