The 2021 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (Swimming Pool and Spa Code), for the purpose of establishing a reasonable level of safety, health, property protection and general welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location and maintenance or use of pools and spas is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended.
