The 2021 edition of the International Fire Code (Fire Code), including Appendix C and Appendix D, for the purpose of establishing the minimum requirements consistent with nationally recognized good practice for providing a reasonable level of life, safety and property protection from hazards of fire, explosion or dangerous conditions in new and existing buildings, structures and premises, and to provide a reasonable level of safety to fire fighters and emergency responders during emergency operations is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended.
