The 2021 edition of the International Fuel Gas Code (Fuel Gas Code), for the purpose of establishing minimum requirements to provide a reasonable level of safety, health, property protection and general welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation and maintenance or use of fuel gas equipment or systems is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended.
