4-4-1: ADOPTION:

The Illinois Plumbing Code is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended in accordance with Sections 36 and 38 of the Illinois Plumbing License Law (the “Law”; 225 ILCS 320) and Section 750.800(b) of the Illinois Plumbing Licensing Code (the “Code”; 78 Ill.
