The 2020 edition of the National Electric Code (hereinafter Electrical Code), and Annex H, for the purpose of practical safeguarding of persons and property from hazards arising from the use of electricity, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended.
