3-22-4: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of any section of this chapter shall be fined as established in Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense, and each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
