(A) Any person who violates or who intentionally or knowingly permits the violation of any section of this chapter shall be fined the amount as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” and may additionally be sentenced to a term of incarceration not to exceed six (6) months.
(B) Each day that a sexually oriented business or employee operates in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense or violation. (Ord. 2004-3838, 5-17-2004; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
