3-18-4: PROHIBITIONS:
No person shall engage in tattooing or body piercing on a person who is:
   (A)   Under the age of eighteen (18), except in the presence of and with the written consent of, a parent or legal guardian;
   (B)   Under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or
   (C)   Suffering from any infection or communicable disease. (Ord. 2003-3444, 2-3-2003)
