3-16-10: PENALTIES:

Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall subject the violator to penalties and late fees as enumerated in Title 1, Chapter 20, "Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures". (Ord. 2019-4808, 2-18-2019; amd. Ord. 2023-4995, 2-6-2023)
