3-16-5: LICENSE FEE:

The license fee for a primary or accessory tobacco dealer's license shall be as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, "Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures". (Ord. 2019-4808, 2-18-2019; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021; amd. Ord. 2023-4995, 2-6-2023)
