3-9-7: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
