3-6-8: PENALTY:

Any person found to have violated any provision of this chapter shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation. This penalty shall not be exclusive of any other remedy afforded the village by this code. (Ord. 2007-4141, 9-17-2007; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
