The annual fee for residential premises and commercial premises licenses issued under this chapter shall be as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. No license for junk removal service or scavenger service shall be valid unless payment of the entire fee due for the license term has been received by the village. Notwithstanding any other license fee provisions contained within this code, no required fee under this chapter shall be prorated or discounted according to the date on which such fee is paid or application for license is made.
