Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, other than those for which specific penalties are herein provided, shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
