(A) The mayor, with the approval of the board of trustees, shall have the power to revoke any license granted hereunder for violation by the licensee or his agents of any village ordinance or state or federal statute, regulation or order relating to the conduct of such business or occupation. Said licenses shall not be transferable. Upon notice to the licensee of said revocation, said licensee shall have the right to a hearing conducted by the mayor and board of trustees, upon request, therefor, prior to such revocation.
(B) Annual license fees for all licenses except those issued for Lisle commuter parking lot mobile concessionaire/merchandiser shall be paid to the village no later than twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on December 15 of the preceding year for which the license is issued. A fee paid after that date shall include a late fee as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. After January 16 of the applicable license year, the village shall issue a citation of an ordinance violation and an additional late fee shall be charged as established by the annual fee ordinance.
