Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for any one offense, excepting any specific section of this code wherein the maximum fine is limited to a different amount, and said person may be confined in the village or county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months 1 .
