Except as hereafter modified, the Building Codes known as the International Building Code, 2012 Edition, and the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, 2012 Edition, including Appendix F titled Radon Control Methods and Appendix G titled Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs, as published by the International Code Council, which codes are hereby specifically incorporated by reference, shall be known as the Building Regulations. The provisions of said Building Regulations shall be controlling in the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, addition, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, removal, demolition, use, and maintenance of buildings and other structures and in all matters covered by said Building Regulations within the incorporated limits of the City of Lisbon, Iowa.
