(a) There shall be three members of the Cemetery Board of Trustees and hereafter, each shall be appointed for a term of six years by the Mayor of the Village.
(b) One member shall be appointed for a six-year term commencing in 1990; one member shall be appointed for a six-year term commencing in 1992; and one member shall be appointed for a six-year term commencing in 1994.
(c) At the end of each six-year term, a member shall be appointed a new six-year term consistent with divisions (a) and (b) hereof.
